Bus Trip Registration FormThe Wisconsin Daylily Society is organizing a chartered bus trip to the Wadsworth, OH area for the American Hemerocallis Society 2010 Region 2 Summer Meeting. We are reserving one 55 passenger bus. Because of needed space for luggage and plants, we will have about 40 seats available for the trip.
The trip package we are offering is for WDS Members only and is limited to the bus transportation only—the cost of the Meeting Registration and hotel costs are NOT included in this special deal for WDS Members. Please see accompanying Meeting Registration Form and Hotel Information Sheet to explore the process for registering for the Meeting and making hotel reservations. Please note the important deadlines mentioned on the registration form and hotel sheets.
The bus trip is being offered to Wisconsin Daylily Members for a cost of $20 per member which includes a boxed lunch on the way to Wadsworth, OH provided by B’Tayavon Catering as well as a lunch on the trip back. (The WDS is subsidizing much of this bus expense for WDS Members with Club Funds.)
The proposed schedule is: Our bus will depart the Dutch Mill Road Park and Ride site on Friday, July 16th at 6:30 AM. We expect to arrive in Wadsworth, OH between 4 and 5 PM.

Our group would re-board the bus at ABOUT 1:15 PM on Sunday, July 18th and return to Madison. A lunch will be made available for all riders on the trip back. We should get back to the park and ride site in Madison at ABOUT 10:15 PM.
