we wish to thank all who attended the 2008 Region 2 Summer Meeting. Old friendships were renewed, new ones were formed and much collective knowledge was shared. We also thank the generous donors to Region 2 Summer Meeting Auction; the merchants who contributed items for the raffle and 'goodie bags'; the Wisconsin Hybridizers, who provided plants; Roy Klehm, not only for his engaging keynote, but also for his donation, H. 'Mad City Blush'; the Wisconsin Daylily Society members who donated plants for the Plant Bargain Table; the tour and open garden hosts; and the presenters of a "A Successful Plant Sale...The WDS Way". Finally we wish to thank the officers from Region 2 and the members of the Wisconsin Daylily Society whose many volunteer hours made this special event possible.
